It’s National Small Business Week! This is a time to celebrate small business owners. Research shows small businesses account for half of our workforce. Support is essential from those looking for services/products. How can we as high growth entrepreneurs continue to work with our customers and provide the best we can?
Stay relevant. Relevance is essential when competing with others. How is your business different? Think about how you are attracting new customers. Find ways to incorporate videos and special graphics in your online messaging. This is key – don’t be afraid to share your story. Utilize social media formats that work for your company.
Entrepreneurs don’t be afraid to try something new. Add a new service or product and get feedback from those you serve. I have one last tip to share. We as small business owners must not forget to say thank you to our clients/customers. Perhaps it is a verbal recognition or try sending a card.
