Remote Sessions are initiated by Cervisys.
You must already be in contact with the CervisDesk to use this service!
The CervisDesk Associate or an Engineer will ask you to click on a link to allow a temporary connection to your machine for resolution of your issue without an on-site visit. Connecting for the first time may require an applet installation.
